Georgina Vale advises across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring matters, both contentious and non-contentious, in the UK and cross-border. Georgina works with her colleagues in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice representing insolvency practitioners, banks, companies and their directors, individuals and other key stakeholders, providing advice on formal insolvency procedures such as administration, liquidation and bankruptcy as well as assisting companies facing potential insolvency and the restructuring options available to them. Georgina also regularly works with attorneys in other practices, including Litigation and Real Estate, advising clients on a range of contentious matters (including business disputes and commercial litigation, arbitration and other forms of ADR).
