Ms. Chen advises multinational media, IT, life sciences and clean-technology companies on employment and employee benefits issues in China and across the Asia Pacific region, as part of the international employment group. Ms. Chen also has corporate, commercial, privacy and intellectual property experience. Her practice includes the drafting of employment contracts, bonus and other incentive plans and employee handbooks/policies; advice on workplace safety, work injury, medical leave, invention assignments, inventor remuneration, employee benefits, holiday and leave entitlements, staff integration and employee transfers; and termination of employment, and non-compete/non-solicitation covenants.
