Hana’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies. She was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2015 and 2016.
During law school, Hana served as Managing Editor of the Boston College Law Review. She also worked as a legal extern at a major Boston teaching hospital and as a legal intern in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. While in law school, Hana won the Constance Baker Motley National Student Writing Competition, and she received the Cornelius J. Moynihan Award for outstanding editorial work on publications.
Prior to law school, Hana was a development and outreach associate at Human Rights Watch.
