Henry Heines has more than 25 years of experience as a patent attorney, working on several technologies and solutions, including organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, nanotechnology, medical devices, and complex laboratory equipment. He also works on litigation, advising clients on obtaining, protecting, and enforcing their patent rights and responding to accusations of infringement. Henry holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.
His authored works include several books written about patent strategies and protection, and articles featured in prominent engineering, law, and intellectual property-focused publications.
