Jeffrey is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups. He helps his clients resolve bankruptcy issues, contract disputes and other general litigation matters in state, federal and appellate courts. Applying his previous training as a journalist, Jeff routinely assists with writing motions, briefs and other legal documents. He also has experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in court, and performing legal research.
