Jennifer Martin is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Jennifer has broad experience representing homeowner associations at all stages from their formation through their long-term operation. She has drafted, amended, and interpreted governing documents including CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Rules. She has also drafted and negotiated contracts for homeowner association clients including those related to large scale construction; property management; telecommunications and internet bulk billing; security; interior design; on-site filming; cellular tower leases and easements; residential leases for client-owned property; and easements, licenses and maintenance agreements for mixed use projects. In addition she has experience diffusing high-tension conflicts within associations and handling sensitive matters related to high-profile members of homeowner associations.
