Jennifer S. Bielak, an associate in the Colorado Springs office, joined the firm in 2005. She is a member of the Employment, Litigation, and Sports Law practice groups. Ms. Bielak has experience representing clients in state and federal court and in arbitrations on topics including defending employment discrimination claims, contract and commercial litigation matters, and athlete eligibility and governance matters for national governing bodies. Ms. Bielak assists clients with the preparation and review of employee handbooks and workplace policies, employee hiring and termination, internal employment investigations, responding to charges by the EEOC and other agencies, and litigation avoidance strategies.
