Khaled Al-Assaf is an associate at the firm’s Doha office. He is a member of the corporate practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Khaled served as an associate at a multinational law firm where he advised on mergers, share purchase agreements, acquisition deals, investments, and employment disputes. He also has experience drafting agreements in both Arabic and English on behalf of his clients.
