Kitt Ritter is a member of the banking and asset finance practice group. She represents banks and financial institutions as well as sponsors and borrowers in a variety of complex debt financing transactions. She is experienced with domestic and cross-border work, syndicated and bilateral loans, secured and unsecured facilities and asset-based financings.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Kitt was an associate at a prominent law firm in New York City where she primarily represented borrowers in sponsor driven acquisition financings.
