Experience

Leslie Tomczak has a broad range of experience and concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, real estate development and leasing, and labor and employment. She has over 11 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, and before various arbitration tribunals, and also has extensive transactional experience in the areas of real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, and drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts. Leslie is also a member of Akerman's Retail Leasing and Development practice group. Her notable client work in this area includes national tenant representation for retailers such as The Sports Authority, and representation of landlords and developers such as Equity One and Morgan Real Estate.
