Lindsay Grossman is an associate in the firm’s Boston office, where she is a member of the asset management and investment funds practice group. She focuses her practice on advising investment managers with respect to regulatory compliance issues and the formation and operation of mutual funds, registered closed-end funds (including interval funds), private funds, and separate accounts. She also regularly counsels investment advisers and broker-dealers on marketing and performance advertising.
