Lucia represents private and public companies, private equity funds, and business owners in a wide range of complex business transactions. Lucia has experience assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, business formation, general contract drafting, and other corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Lucia served as in-house counsel to a public health care technology company and a private packaging distribution company.
