Lucia Pružinská is an Associate at Squire Patton Boggs' Prague office. Her practice focuses mainly on corporate and real estate matters.

Lucia graduated summa cum laude from Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she focused on business and international law. Prior to joining the firm, Lucia gained experience in corporate law at a renowned notary public office in Prague and leading international law firms where she participated in a variety of real estate transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Furthermore, she has gained experience in EU and international law at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
