Mark A. Crabtree

Mark A. Crabtree is a Principal in the Portland, Oregon, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He joined the firm in early 2007 after spending several years with a boutique firm handling wage and hour class actions.

His practice focuses on counseling and litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in Oregon and Washington. His experience includes representing both small and large employers in litigation ranging from sexual harassment and disability discrimination, to trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes. In addition, Mr. Crabtree regularly provides compliance advice on disability and leave management practices to a variety of organizations.
