Dr. Smith is an associate in the Biotechnology/Chemical Group. Dr. Smith’s technical expertise is molecular biology and biochemistry.
He assists in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications and has studied the new AIA provisions. He also assists in the preparation of validity, infringement, freedom to operate, and patentability opinions.
