Michael Malecz is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a partner and in-house counsel at a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of underperforming real estate assets, distressed commercial mortgage loans and special situations. He was responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, capital raising, corporate governance, financings, joint ventures, leasing, loan workouts and property operations.
