Nadia’s practice focuses on corporate finance matters, including public offerings and securities transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Nadia was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2017, where she performed due diligence for an IPO and conducted research on insurance, employment, and class action issues.

During law school, Nadia had a judicial clerkship with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She also served as a student representative of the school’s Center for Applied Legal Studies Clinic. In an earlier clerkship with the Boston Lawyers Group, she worked at Mintz and in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

Prior to attending law school, Nadia was a paralegal at a Boston-based law firm.

Nadia is fluent in Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish.
