Pat Stanton serves as leader of Dykema's Business Litigation Practice Group and is the former Office Managing Member of the Firm's Chicago office. In his practice he primarily represents businesses involved in business litigation before federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution organizations such as the American Arbitration Association. In Pat’s career, he  has prosecuted and defended a variety of matters, including theft of trade secrets and violations of employee non-competition agreement.
