Rachel Cheong is committed to understanding the industry in which clients operate and provides valuable counsel to borrowers and lenders on business deals and complex lending transactions.  She analyzes and develops strategic solutions for institutional lenders, real estate funds, and other real estate investors on various transactional matters including loan originations, purchase and sale transactions, and leasing.

During law school, Rachel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Julia W. Brand in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
