Richard Burger maintains a practice in commercial disputes, general liability cases, construction site/labor law cases and professional liability issues. In addition to these core areas, Rich has advised clients on matters related to nonprofit corporate governance, employment law, and intellectual property.
Between college and law school, Rich worked as a project associate in the development department of New York University School of Medicine, and as an event planning coordinator at Lehman Brothers. He served a post-graduation internship with Judge Kahn of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York; a law clerk at Commodity Futures Trading Commission; a student attorney at Georgetown University Law Center Criminal Justice Clinic; and an intern to the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
