Steven Rizzi is a partner in the IP Litigation Practice of Foley & Lardner LLP where he focuses his practice on patent litigation and litigation-related counseling. Since 2015, Mr. Rizzi has first-chaired five jury and bench patent trials in several district courts and the International Trade Commission.

Mr. Rizzi has litigated cases covering a wide array of products and services in different industries. His recent experience includes cases involving transdermal patches (Minivelle®), the only FDA-approved non-hormonal treatment for hot flashes (Brisdelle®), Faslodex® (fulvestrant injection for hormone receptor-positive metastatic breast cancer), semiconductor packaging, white LEDs, confectionary products, wireless telephony, interactive television, television/Internet convergence, on-line games, satellite television, magnetic and optical disk storage technology and packaging designs, electronic program guides, sports equipment, fiber optic communications devices and financial products.
