Sushila represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court. Her primary area of practice is complex civil litigation with a focus on intellectual property matters, such as patent, trademark and copyright disputes. Sushila’s clients have ranged from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies. As counsel in numerous multi-million dollar lawsuits, Sushila has successfully argued dispositive motions in court, deposed fact and expert witnesses, led joint defense groups, helped prepare expert reports, and drafted pleadings and infringement and invalidity contentions. She also helps clients mediate and settle cases.
