Victor Feng is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

Areas of Practice

Victor works on a range of intellectual property matters. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications covering technologies related to system-on-chip technologies, computer processors, semiconductors, software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, distributed databases, and medical devices.

Victor’s litigation experience includes federal district court litigations and IPR proceedings. He has experience in pre-trial preparation, including discovery, deposition, and legal research.

While in law school, Victor worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable William G. Young at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also worked at a technology company as a part of its in-house legal team, assisting in patent prosecution and contract drafting.

Victor has more than three years of industry experience working as an ASIC/layout design engineer. He worked at Advanced Micro Devices Inc., where he became a lead developer of computer-aided design software. He also conducted undergraduate research projects in several technical areas, including machine learning, signal processing, and network-on-chip designs.
