Vincent Giglierano draws on a broad knowledge of legislation and dual experiences in the public and private sector to provide clients with the background they need to address federal budgetary, legislative and regulatory challenges. A policy wonk at heart, Vincent prides himself on helping clients make sense of legislative and policy impacts and implement flexible strategies that evolve with the industry.
Experience on Capitol Hill
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Vincent served as a legislative assistant for Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI), analyzing policy trends to offer current, practical advice on legislative strategy. He specialized in matters related to tax, health care, telecommunications and economics and acted as an advisor to the congressman on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act as well as the American Health Care Act. During his tenure, Vincent also developed a robust understanding of the interplay between congressional committees, having worked with the House Budget Committee, Joint Economic Committee and the House Committee on Education and Labor.
In addition, Vincent has served as a policy intern for the House Budget Committee, a House of Representatives intern for Rep. David Valadao (R-CA) and a legal intern for The Law Firm of Kallis & Associates P.C.
