Wendi Rogaliner is a Partner at Bradley's Dallas office. Her practice focuses on complex regulatory and compliance matters in the healthcare industry. She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance matters, including service as a legal IRO for entities under a corporate integrity agreement with the Office of Inspector General, and is routinely called upon to advise her institutional clients in their day to day operations and transactions within the heavily regulated healthcare industry. Her focus areas include IRO and other Corporate Integrity Agreement services; healthcare fraud and abuse; hospital operations; Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, and EMTALA compliance; managing and directing compliance investigations; and drafting and negotiating complex business transactions such as provider acquisitions, joint ventures, employment and professional service agreements. Wendi is a frequent speaker, corporate trainer and author on healthcare legal and operational matters.
