Edward Dartley is a partner with K&L Gates, and he has contributed to National Law Review extensively, along with his colleagues Mary Burke Baker and Adam Tejeda, on Opportunity Zone Tax Regulations, a major piece of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).
