Raymond G. Lahoud, the chair of Norris McLaughlin’s Immigration practice group, is a National Law Review Go-To Thought Leader for his insightful contributions related to immigration law developments. Mr. Lahoud’s writing harnesses his extensive experience handling client matters before the Department of Labor’s Wage & Hour Division, the Department of Homeland Security, and the State Department and representing  various industries  covering immigration changes from a variety of perspectives, including writing  about ICE updates, litigation surrounding H-1B wage rules, and local initiatives in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
