Join Katten Financial Markets and Regulation attorneys for a panel discussion with representatives from Tradeweb, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Enforcement. Topics will include an overview of the rules governing off-exchange futures and block trades in swaps, as well as recent trends in disruptive trading surveillance and enforcement.
