Giving Your Hire the Best Chance of H-1B Lottery Selection and Approval

Do you have foreign national employees or prospective hires who are in F-1 student status with available curricular or optional practical training (CPT or OPT), or in another short-term status (such as TN) and in need of an option for longer-term work authorization? For most, that longer-term option is H-1B status; however, in many cases, applying for H-1B status first requires selection in an annual lottery.
