More than one year after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, widespread vaccine distribution efforts are underway and there appears to be an end in sight. State and local governments and public health authorities have started to revise, relax, and in some cases, eliminate mask mandates and other COVID-19-related restrictions. Many employers are actively reviewing their current safety measures, protocols, policies and approach to the workplace; they are determining what changes should be made, while prioritizing workplace safety, legal compliance, and the impact that changes may have on employees and company culture. In this webinar, we will review the important updates to laws and guidance that have been issued in the last few months and the impact on employers and their policies/protocols. We welcome questions from attendees and encourage participation.
