The National Law Review provides legal news and analysis covering a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to rail, motor, and aircraft.  Railroad law coverage includes rail mergers, state taxation of railroads, the creation of short line carriers, and various other cases and regulatory developments of industry-wide significance. Automotive and motor carrier law practice news includes litigation and regulatory matters impacting motor carrier services and developments related to alternative fuel and driverless vehicles. Aviation law news focuses on lawsuits and regulatory matters involving air carriers, spacecraft, and other aviation interests, including drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). 

Additionally, regulations coming out of the NHTSA, including extensive information on the myriad impact that self-driving cars will have on a variety of industries are analyzed by the legal experts who write for the National Law Review.  Changes to infrastructure that will come about as self-driving cars become more prevalent, as well as resulting legal risks posed by these vehicles, are also covered by the site.
