Railroad law coverage includes rail mergers, state taxation of railroads, the creation of short line carriers, and various other cases and regulatory developments of industry-wide significance. Automotive and motor carrier law practice news includes litigation and regulatory matters impacting motor carrier services and developments related to alternative fuel and driverless vehicles.
