iToday, the House Labor Health and Human Services released its funding bill for fiscal year 2013. The bill is austere, coming in at $8.8 billion below the President’s budget request. While the bill is likely not going anywhere – most agree there will be a continuing resolution through the election – it’s important to understand where the House of Representatives is headed in relation to funding and cuts.
