Jamie Dietz, Ogletree Deakins Law Firm, Immigration Law Attorney

Jamie is an associate attorney in the Raleigh office of Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on employment-based immigration.

Jamie completed her undergraduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology and received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. During her law school career, Jamie gained experience working in the HeLP Legal Services Clinic delivering free legal services to low-income clients, externing for a judge, and serving as president of the Asian American Law Students' Association.


Tina joined the immigration practice at Ogletree Deakins in February 2010. Her experience primarily consists of assisting employers with obtaining temporary work visas and permanent residency on behalf of new and current employees. She handles all types of lawful permanent residence applications, including those based on PERM labor certification applications, and on behalf of multinational managers and executives, outstanding professors, researchers and aliens of extraordinary ability.

Tina received her B.A. in Economics from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law where she served on the Editorial Executive Board of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and participated in the Community Development and Entrepreneurship Clinic. While in law school, she obtained the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Civil Procedure and co-founded the Business and Entrepreneurship Law Association.

Mr. Sachs is a Practice Support Manager with the firm’s Client Services department. In this role he works with attorneys across the firm and with other client services professionals to advance strategic marketing, communication, branding and business development efforts with a particular focus on support for the Immigration and Government Affairs practice groups.
