Below is a summary of the January Visa Bulletin, including Final Action Dates and changes from the previous month.

China: EB-1 moves ahead four months to September 1, 2019; EB-2 advances one month to June 1, 2016; and EB-3 advances one month to December 15, 2017.

India: EB-1 moves ahead four months to September 1, 2019; EB-2 crawls ahead one week to October 8, 2009; and EB-3 creeps forward one week to March 22, 2010.

All Other Countries: EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 remain current

NOTE:  In January, USCIS will only accept I-485 applications based on the Department of State’s Final Action chart.
