The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

• KGM Gaming, LLC, as a manufacturer and distributor

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons and entities:

• Lester J. McMackin III, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Casino Vicksburg, LLC d/b/a WaterView Casino and Hotel

• Anthony D. Scudiero, Vice President and General Manager of Casino Vicksburg, LLC d/b/a WaterView Casino and Hotel

• Cheryl L. Duhon, Vice President and General Manager of RIH Acquisitions MS I, LLC d/b/a Resorts Tunica

• Benjamin C. Adams, Marilyn A. Ray and Tempe A. Thompson, landlords of RIH Acquisitions MS II, LLC d/b/a Bally’s Saloon, Hotel & Gambling Hall

• Jason E. Cohen, Executive Vice President of KGM Gaming, LLC

OTHER APPROVALS

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved the following: 

• Casino Vicksburg, LLC d/b/a WaterView Casino & Hotel was granted approval of the issuance of equity interests or securities of Foundation Gaming & Entertainment, LLC.

• Majestic Mississippi, LLC d/b/a Fitz Casino and Hotel was granted approval for the transfer of equity interests or securities of Majestic Holdco, LLC.

• Interblock USA, L.C. was granted approval for the transfer of equity interest or securities of Interblock USA, L.C.

• IGT and IGT Canada Solutions ULC were granted approval for the issuance of the equity interest or securities of De Agnostini S.p.A. and the transfer of equity interests or securities of B&D Holding di Marco Drago e C.S.A.p.A.

WORK PERMITS

The Commission approved the recommendation of the Executive Director to accept the hearing officer’s decision to terminate the work permit of Pheng Lor Lee.
