On February 2, 2105 at 47 NJR 319, the Department of Health published notice of its readoption with amendments to its rules and the proposal of a new rule governing the Certificate of Need application and review process. The proposed new rule would offer the 11 hospitals currently providing elective PCI without on-site cardiac surgery the opportunity to participate in a Statewide demonstration project as a follow-up to the earlier C-Port demonstration project administered by Johns Hopkins University.
