Trump to Delay New Green Cards for 60 Days, Work Visas Continue

President Trump is expected to sign an executive order temporarily suspending green card processing for 60 days. Available information indicates the order will not impact nonimmigrant work visas including seasonal migrant workers.  We will continue to monitor updates as the order remains under review within the administration.
