On April 3, 2018, Orolia SA, a privately-owned French Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) solutions company with a US headquarters in Lanham, Maryland, announced that it will acquire Talen-X, Inc., a privately-owned Ohio based company specializing in positioning, navigation, timing (PNT) solutions and global navigation satellite systems (GNSS).
