Webinar Recording: Navigating the Muddy Waters of the Supreme Court's Maui Decision [VIDEO]

The United States Supreme Court’s decision in Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund leaves anyone with responsibility for a discharge to groundwater wondering whether that discharge is prohibited by the federal Clean Water Act. Guidance issued by EPA at the very end of the Trump administration offers no real assistance.

In this presentation, Mintz attorney Jeffrey Porter, and Kimberly Degutis and Joshua Simpson from GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. reviewed how we got here, where we may be heading, and the technical and permitting tools available to address the risks resulting from increased uncertainty over the reach of the federal Clean Water Act.
