Alice J. Springer is a partner in the South Bend, Indiana office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. She is a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Springer has worked with a wide variety of clients in the financial institution and construction industry. Her experience includes matters involving mortgage fraud, various consumer protection statutes, commercial lending disputes, mechanic's liens, and Uniform Commercial Code issues including breach of warranty and the priority of security interests.
