Allison Rosner is a Director in Major Lindsey Africa's In-House Counsel Recruiting team. She works with legal departments throughout the New York Metro area to identify talented lawyers who will enhance and grow their teams. Allison’s private equity experience and expertise across the finance, asset management, legal and technology industries give her a strong understanding of the key competencies and intricacies necessary for in-house legal teams to be successful in these industries. She employs a client-first approach to executing searches, partnering with clients to understand their distinctive needs and building relationships of trust and loyalty effortlessly.

While Allison calls New York City home, she is a native Clevelander and loyal Cleveland sports fan (for better or for worse). She is passionate about all things New York City, living an active lifestyle, participating in philanthropic initiatives, curling up with a good book, reading the New York Times daily and is a Wordle enthusiast.
