Andy Lee is a partner in the Litigation Section and with the Corporate Compliance and White Collar Defense Team. He maintains an active national trial and appellate practice focused on business and commercial disputes, corporate and securities litigation, and fiduciary and officer liability litigation. He has been annually recognized by Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, and New Orleans CityBusiness for his trial work and leadership in the New Orleans legal community. Mr. Lee is the former president of the Federal Bar Association (New Orleans Chapter).

Mr. Lee also represents private equity and other financial investors and their portfolio companies. Recent matters include representing: public companies involved in disputes with former officers and directors; both sides of trade secrets theft actions; manufacturing companies in collection actions against SPEs; individual investors in shareholder derivative and fiduciary breach claims; corporations in computer software performance arbitrations; municipalities and land-owners in land-use and constitutional takings actions; banks in director and officer liability actions; and clients in numerous other commercial disputes. Mr. Lee also advises several charter school networks on a range of regulated activities and in litigation.
