Allyson S. Ascher is an Associate in the Orange County, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on defending and advising employers in a variety workplace law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour violations.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Ascher’s practice focused on representing health care professionals and organizations in lawsuits involving professional negligence, general liability, and employment claims. Ms. Ascher has significant experience in all phases of litigation and trial.
Ms. Ascher graduated from law school with honors after receiving a full merit scholarship for all three years of study. While in law school, Ms. Ascher served as the Managing Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. She earned two CALI Awards for the highest class grade in Professional Responsibility and Criminal Procedure. While an undergraduate at Chapman University, Ms. Ascher studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and completed an internship in Corporate Development at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, England.
In her free time, Ms. Ascher enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
