Amanda uses her passion for environmental law and leverages her prior experiences to develop compelling arguments and equitable resolutions for clients’ best interests.
Amanda’s practice focuses on a diverse mix of environmental regulatory law and litigation. She helps clients navigate issues arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Endangered Species Act (ESA). She also has experience working with environmental justice, extended producer responsibility (EPR), and climate change matters.
Prior to joining Beveridge & Diamond as a summer associate in 2021, Amanda externed as a Law Clerk for the Natural Resources Section at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
