Associate Andrea Shoffstall’s practice primarily involves patent litigation in various technology fields, including biomedical devices, computer software and mechanical inventions. 

She combines her legal experience with her background in bioengineering to represent clients in District Court, Federal Circuit, and Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. With internships in several in-house counsel positions, Andrea gained valuable insight into efficient IP practice, so to better understand the needs of her clients and how to support them effectively.
