Andrew H. Trimble

Professional Biography

Andrew H. Trimble has joined the firm's Lexington office as an Associate in 2014. Mr. Trimble focuses his practice on General Litigation, Employment Law and Criminal Defense.

Prior to joining McBrayer, Mr. Trimble worked for the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky as a Law Clerk to Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove. While clerking for Judge Van Tatenhove, he handled a wide variety of criminal and civil matters, including cases involving employment law, contract disputes, medical malpractice, civil rights, patents, oil and gas, white collar crime, drug and fire arm offenses, hate crime, and election law. He staffed and observed numerous sentencing and rearraignment proceedings, as well as several trials. He also assisted Judge Van Tatenhove when he sat by designation on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
