Anurag is a Member of the Transactions team at Nishith Desai Associates, Mumbai. His areas of practice primarily include deals involving listed securities, M&A and Private Equity, and he has been actively involved in structuring, advisory and transactional work for numerous cross-border transactions. He graduated from School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore with a B.B.A., LL.B. (Corporate Law Hons.) in 2022. He has a keen academic inclination towards securities law, Companies Act and insurance laws.
