Arian Jabbary is an associate in the Intellectual Property department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Based in the firm’s New York office, Arian is a member of the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice Group where he advises on all facets of intellectual property including strategic brand counseling, portfolio management, trademark clearance and prosecution, complex licensing, and enforcement. Arian also provides intellectual property drafting and diligence support in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other business and technology transactions.
Prior to joining Foley, Arian served as Associate General Counsel at Maesa LLC, a global beauty brand incubator, and subsequently as an intellectual property associate for a New York law firm.
