Arijit is a Member with the International Tax Practice of Nishith Desai Associates. He primarily focusses on international tax advisory, digital taxation, transfer pricing, domestic tax and tax litigation. He has graduated from Jindal University with a BA.LLB, and King’s College London with an LLM in International Tax Law, Anti-trust Law, and Arbitration. He is also pursuing an Advanced Diploma in International Tax from the Chartered Institute of Tax, London.

Arijit also regularly contributes to literature on international tax, taxation of the digital economy; and advises clients on the taxation of cross-border transactions, treaty interpretation, and the newly developing legal arena surrounding the digital economy.
